  2. Click on “Cart” at the top right corner of our website to review your cart, add order notes, or select "gift receipt".
  3. If your cart looks correct, click on "checkout" and follow the instructions until your order has been confirmed. You'll know your order is complete when you see our Order Confirmation page with your order number.
Am I required to create an account to place an order?

While you are not required to create an Itty Bitty Toes account in order to make a purchase, it is highly recommended. By creating an account with us, you gain the ability to view your past orders, check the status of current orders and track each shipment. Additionally, you’ll be able to save your account information with us, expediting the process for your next login and order. Creating an account with us also allows you to create a gift registry and share it with both family and friends.

Does Itty Bitty Toes ship outside of the United States?

Our exclusive, online children’s boutique is proud to ship internationally, delivering renowned and custom made garments around the world! We use DHL and FedEx shipping and our packages deliver within a few days. You can refer to our Shipping Policy for all additional shipping details.

Can I rush my order?

We offer an expedited service with a rush fee, depending on when the custom order is needed. For in stock items, we offer Next Day Delivery Guaranteed. Rushed orders are ideal for last-minute gifts or events!

Will my order be shipped in an Itty Bitty Toes Gift Box?

We use gift boxes, at no additional charge, for certain orders depending on their size. However, if you would like to ensure that your order comes in a gift box, we recommend that you select our Gift Box option at Checkout.

Are all items on the website ready to ship?

All of the products listed on our site are available and ready to ship unless otherwise stated. Custom orders may take up to 6 weeks to ship, depending on the item ordered. Details are on the product description.

Am I able to place a custom order?

Our Couture line features handmade pieces made with the highest quality textiles, fabrics and designer materials. Each item has been carefully designed and selected specifically for the Itty Bitty Toes aesthetic, and as such they come in small quantities. We accept all major forms of credit card including Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover. We also accept Amazon Payments and PayPal – a safe, secure service that accepts all major credit cards as well as e-checks. We process all orders through our SSL secured shopping cart. We are a verified boutique site, so you can rest assured that your account and transaction information are entirely safe. We do not see or store your credit card information.

Where is Itty Bitty Toes located?

Itty Bitty Toes is located in Kansas City, United States. While we do not have a physical boutique at the moment, we are strongly considering the option in the future.

How do your sizes run?

Itty Bitty Toes is proud to cater to Children of ages Newborn to 14 years old, both girls and boys. Our clothing is designed and manufactured in Europe. Since European sizes tend to run slightly bigger than US ones, you can refer to our Size Guide to ensure that you find the right size for your little one.

Can I use two discount codes or a store credit and discount code?

You may only use one code at a time. If you have two discount codes, only one can apply per order. If you have store credit, you will only be able to use that code. No other code can be entered in addition to the store credit code. 

Can I modify or cancel my order after it has been placed?

We will try our best to accommodate modifications to orders that are new. If an order is placed during a sale, it cannot be cancelled or modified. All other orders, if they are in processing, they have already been sent to our shipping department and we will be unable to modify it. How will I know when my order has shipped?

Itty Bitty Toes will send you an automatic email when your order has been shipped. We will also provide you with a tracking number so that you may check the status of your order at your convenience.

Will I be charged Sales Tax with my order?

Sales tax is only collected in-state, from residents of the state of Kansas. We do not collect Sales Tax from residents of all other states or countries.

An item I am looking for has already sold out. Will you restock it?

We’re sorry that an item you are looking for has already sold out! Itty Bitty Toes makes its best effort to restock all items, especially if they are within the current fashion season. You will find that next to each "sold out" item, there is a feature entitled, "Email Me When Available". Be sure to enter your email and the size that you are interested in, and we’ll email you if the item becomes available!
