Returns & Exchanges


If you’re not totally obsessed with your Itty Bitty Toes purchase, return it for store credit within 30 days of purchase. Store credit never expires. We do not offer refunds. Store credit only. Once an order is placed, it cannot be cancelled. We can modify it if needed, if it hasn't been processed yet, but it cannot be cancelled nor refunded.

Items marked as Final Sale are not eligible for return or exchange.

Items purchased during a sale are eligible for exchange of size ONLY, if size is available. If not available, they are non-returnable. Orders placed during a sale are final and cannot be cancelled.

Custom Orders are FINAL SALE and are non-returnable.

  1. Submit a return request HERE (order number starts with IBT)

  2. You will receive an email from our team within 2 business days.

  3. US orders have the option to select one of our pre paid labels ($10 fee) or return on their own. International orders will receive instructions on where to ship their return.

  4. Once you ship your order to us, please allow up to 5 business days for our team to process it.

  5. You will receive an email with your store credit code.

  6. You can use your store credit code at checkout on your next order.


Items must be returned unworn, unwashed, undamaged, unused, and with all original tags attached.

Please be careful of any marks on the item. A 15% restocking fee may apply based on the condition of the item returned.

We do not offer price adjustments.

Shipping charges are not included in the store credit amount.
