Return & Refund Policy

At Itty Bitty Toes, every item is made to order with care and attention to detail. Because of the handcrafted nature of our products, we offer a very limited return window.

Return Eligibility

  • Returns are accepted within 7 days of receiving your order.

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, unused, and have all original tags attached.

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

  • Shipping fees from the original order are non-refundable.

How to Initiate a Return
Email support@ittybittytoes.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and the reason for your return. Once approved, you will receive instructions for sending your item back.

Refund Method
Approved returns will be issued as store credit only. Store credit is valid for 90 days and can be applied to any future order.

Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us at support@ittybittytoes.com within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue. We will review and provide next steps.

Why Made-to-Order?
Each piece is crafted exclusively for you to ensure the highest quality and minimize waste. This process means we cannot accommodate returns outside of the 7-day window.
