My 15 month old was given the exciting task of being ring bearer for a relative’s black tie formal wedding. The bride and I are both obsessed with aesthetics and said no to a lot of other suits before this one. As a longtime follower of the brand and sister brands, I knew Itty Bitty Toes would Not disappoint! Their customer service is top notch, so responsive, respectful, and helpful. The quality of the suit is superb! My son truly looks like a little star in it, but it’s also comfortable enough for him to be his lively toddler self. Easy to get on and off for diaper changes. This mom has become a customer for life!

All I can say is I have been shopping with itty bitty toes since 2021 this by far was the worst experience my son’s suit didn’t even come in the itty bitty toes box that it usually comes in just a dirty used box upon the arrival of the suit a button came off. Just

I ordered angel wings jewel set in 0-3 months in the color pink the shipment came the body suite in the front was missing the design in the front and it was also missing the beaded wings in the back I was so upset that it came like that. So I emailed them to see if they can do exchange and all I want to do is bring back the suite so they can re issue the body suite and I can keep the hat mitten and shoes. There giving me a hard time that I have to return everything to give you the full exchange. I’m still going back and forth with emails. I just want to talk to someone on the phone. When I call them no one answer the phone and I leave a message but I never got a phone call. Looks like I’ll wont order from them after this horrible experience I had

Itty bitty toes used to be a great brand. I’ve been shopping here for the past seven years and their pieces were handmade from America and quality. This dress that we just got came from another country, has a stinky smell to it and a poor quality to the fabric. The previous dresses were a sick satin, and this is thin and cheap. I have attached a picture of a previous dress. I bought a couple years ago. That was better quality. clearly, these dresses are not handmade anymore and the quality has gone down, but not the price.
