I have been shopping since 2018 with IBT we are now a family of 3 boys and IBT has always been their outfits for coming home, their birth celebration, their first birthdays, etc. the quality is amazing for the price but the only thing I was disappointed this year about is the new staff on the customer service team. The older ones was the og of the company if you had an issue they would go above and beyond to fix it I ran into a situation where I lost a bow tie I understand it wasn’t sold separately their only solution was to buy an entire outfit just for a bow tie. Nevertheless the baby ended up not wearing a bow tie but I won’t let that stop me from shopping here the owner is an amazing woman who I look up to as a role model.
