I paid for the 3/5 day delivery and my order was shipped out weeks later , when I got the dress the stitching on the dress was so bad that the material was peeking through the stitching , for the price of $135 for this dress I could have gotten a better quality dress on Amazon . Absolutely disappointed

Packing is horrible! Dress has an awful smell to it! Dress does not match the description! Save your money and avoid being disappointed and robbed! That is exactly what it feels like! The dress is poor quality!

A bit disappointed with the quality, while the dress is beautiful the zipper is defected and does not go up. With the price of the dress one would expect much better quality.

To make matters worse, the crown part on the hat is coming off on one side it looks like they just stuck it on with glue, and it is already detached halfway. It’s sticking out. The stitching is coming off too. Definitely not the experience I was hoping for, especially given the time and money spent.

I ordered my son’s suit for his birthday, but despite placing the order 30 days in advance, it was never shipped. I called over 100 times with no response or call back from anyone, and they only reply to emails once a week. This is the worst customer service ever. They told me their team was aware of the date I needed the order and assured me I would receive it on time, but that was a lie. Now I have no outfit for my son’s birthday. This was my first time ordering from this company and it will definitely be the last. They completely ruined my plans for my little one’s birthday.
