CARE & WASHING INSTRUCTIONS:

As the product is sensitive we recommend washing it by hand. If the jewel embellishments become unattached during washing, wait until the clothing dries, then put it back in place and heat it with a warm iron for 12-15 seconds. Repeat until it stays in place. Be sure your iron is on the lowest setting. This set is not designed for daily wear.

I’m extremely disappointed with this purchase. After waiting over two weeks even after paying an extra $20 for shipping the set finally arrived, only to be missing pieces(shoes).
To make matters worse, the crown part on the hat is coming off on one side it looks like they just stuck it on with glue, and it is already detached halfway. It’s sticking out. The stitching is coming off too. Definitely not the experience I was hoping for, especially given the time and money spent.

I have purchased these outfits for 4 people so far. They are BEAUTIFUL! A definite showstopper. Mine didn’t come in a pretty box this time which is fine. However, I’m missing the shoes which was disappointing.

Missing shoes the are clearly promoting in all the pictures but they didn’t includem, I emailed them as the response was o no the are no included we just sent them when we have them just this time we don’t 🙄 but is in every picture like I come with the set! I also bought 3 more sets in different colors and all of them had the shoes so I thought I was a mistake and they could sent the shoes but they said no is not included in this set! When I got the exact same set in other color and I came with it!

I ordered angel wings jewel set in 0-3 months in the color pink the shipment came the body suite in the front was missing the design in the front and it was also missing the beaded wings in the back I was so upset that it came like that. So I emailed them to see if they can do exchange and all I want to do is bring back the suite so they can re issue the body suite and I can keep the hat mitten and shoes. There giving me a hard time that I have to return everything to give you the full exchange. I’m still going back and forth with emails. I just want to talk to someone on the phone.
