I’m extremely disappointed with this purchase. After waiting over two weeks even after paying an extra $20 for shipping the set finally arrived, only to be missing pieces(shoes).
To make matters worse, the crown part on the hat is coming off on one side it looks like they just stuck it on with glue, and it is already detached halfway. It’s sticking out. The stitching is coming off too. Definitely not the experience I was hoping for, especially given the time and money spent.

I ordered my son’s suit for his birthday, but despite placing the order 30 days in advance, it was never shipped. I called over 100 times with no response or call back from anyone, and they only reply to emails once a week. This is the worst customer service ever. They told me their team was aware of the date I needed the order and assured me I would receive it on time, but that was a lie. Now I have no outfit for my son’s birthday. This was my first time ordering from this company and it will definitely be the last. They completely ruined my plans for my little one’s birthday.
I am happy with my purchase but my order is missing the royal blue booties.
Missing the shoes :(
I have purchased these outfits for 4 people so far. They are BEAUTIFUL! A definite showstopper. Mine didn’t come in a pretty box this time which is fine. However, I’m missing the shoes which was disappointing.
Missing shoes the are clearly promoting in all the pictures but they didn’t includem, I emailed them as the response was o no the are no included we just sent them when we have them just this time we don’t 🙄 but is in every picture like I come with the set! I also bought 3 more sets in different colors and all of them had the shoes so I thought I was a mistake and they could sent the shoes but they said no is not included in this set! When I got the exact same set in other color and I came with it!
This shop is not what it used to be. Stay away! The quality of product is well below any standard you would want to buy. Before products used to come wrapped nicely great smell. Now it comes wrapped in plastic bag direct from Turkey. Quality poor and forget about Customer service it is non existent. Paid for speedy delivery, product arrived 3 weeks late when not needed anymore, not that I would have been able to use it in this quality. Not same owner- do yourself a favor and stay away.
