I'm happy with the quality and the quick response but I can strongly say that your size chart is not true to size. Per your chart, a 1 year suit would fit a boy up to 36 inches which is absolutely wrong because my son stands only 30.5 inches tall and the pants are lying just on the hip and the blazer is running short in length. I understand his torso is little big but then I wouldn't think the length would vary a lot if the 1 year really fits up to 36 inches.
Now I would definitely go for a bigger size even it runs big on him because you don't have a refund policy. With all these, you should at least be little flexible on shipping costs. Now I have sent back the size 1 with my money and I have to again pay for the shipping to get the size 2. Absolutely unfair.!!

We spent quite a lot of time with you prior to you purchasing. We asked you to provide your son's measurements which you did. Then we provided you the exact measurement of our suit in size 1 year. And we told you where and how the suit would fit if you ordered size 1 or size 2 years. We recommended that you choose size 2 year because his torso is in fact quite longer than the average 1 year old. We instructed you to get size 2 years, and just tailor the pants if need be. Instead, you went with size 1 year. While I understand that returning the set isn't the most fun part, we have done everything possible to assist you with this order. It is not our fault however, if the customer chooses to get the size they want, contradictory to what we recommended.

I apologize for the inconvenience this caused you, but we do highly recommend that in the future you trust our team with their insight and recommendations when it comes to sizing. We are far more familiar with our product and can therefore be the most help to our customers, should they choose to take our advise.

I ordered charles dress for my son. Its reached on time but i got the wrong article then i contact u on whatsapp she guided me and told me to send back. I sent u dress and gave her tracking no. I got the dress in 3 days and this time nothing get wronged with article or size. I dont like one issue that u guys should send the same article which we order then we have to send back u and our money is very important. First we spend on the purchase then we spend on the wrong article too.
